”Stunning? Stunning what a poor quality place this is. No communication from host. Had to chase to get entry details. Filthy. Hairs on bathroom towel - possibly pubic. Bed not made up. Stains on walls. Bad odour in fridge. Dirty bath mats. Rubbish dumped on street outside, old mattresses, hoover, overflowing bins. Shocking that Expedia advertise this place. Would be overpriced at half the rate we paid. Avoid, avoid, avoid. ”

”A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and gave me a full refund + a voucher for compensation.”
