”Hotelli on todella kiva. Siisti ja palvelu on hyvää. Erityismaininta todella hyvistä sängyistä ja tyynyistä. Uima-allas ja saunat ovat ihanat, erityisesti pitkän päivän jälkeen, kun jalat ovat väsyneet kaikesta kävelystä tms. Bussipysäkki on aivan hotellin edessä ja lähin metroasemakin vain pienen kävelymatkan päässä. Henkilökunta todella, todella ystävällistä ja auttavaista.”

”I absolutely love this hotel, I’ll always stay here for at least one night while visiting London. The staff is kind and helpful, the rooms are comfortable, and things like heated bathroom floors and the Prosecco they offer you when you arrive, makes the experience feel very luxurious. It’s so hard to find a nice hotel in London that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. This hotel is proof that this type of experience exists!”

”Our stay at the Intercontinental - O2 was amazing. The hotel was lovely. The views for the top level bar were beautiful! We made full use of the spa which was really good, breakfast was really nice. Hotel room was good - bed was very comfortable (pillows were amazing). But most of all the location was absolutely perfect! We were going to a concert and the location of the hotel couldn't have been better! Would highly recommend!”

”Have stayed in the hotel several times in the past, it is getting more run-down every time and now this was definitely my last time. This time there was an overpowering smell of some cleaning substance throughout the hotel and the bath was leaking water along the floor into the room. Also, there were fire alarms lasting some 5-10 seconds (apparently due to some construction work) on two separate days between 5-7 am. Staff was friendly, but were not able to respond to the complaints in any way....
