”3rd time staying. Love the quiet location just a few miles from campus. Also really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and taking in the peacefulness of the serene atmosphere. Hostess is great to work with. My only suggestion is the mattress needs replaced. Would def stay again.”

”The interior of the house was fine. Some low ceilings in the stairwell and upstairs bedroom but nothing major. The front of the house faces an industrial area while the back/side face some other houses that aren’t necessarily as well kept. Again, nothing that would keep me from staying. We got in Friday, got situated and went to dinner. ”Very comfortable, homey place. Grill, fire pit and hot tub were perfect! Bed was comfortable and bathrooms were perfect for getting ready! Cute game room in the garage. Back yard was refreshing to hangout and relax. Country home, but close to everything! Everything met our needs, and host was great with communicating. ”

”I stayed with my significant other for 3 nights to drive to Ruoff for concerts. Clean place tastefully decorated. Nice bedding and towels, well stocked with cooking utensils and smart tvs. It was quiet in the neighborhood and we never saw the neighbors. We used the grill and the outside space was cute. We took our 20 ft pontoon to go out on Morse Reservoir and there was space for parking it. I can tell the owner cares about the experience and we would return.”

”This property is perfect for a couple or even a small family. Although the neighborhood may seem a bit unsafe and questionable, the property will not disappoint. The home and its essentials were thought out very well. Every time I had a question or concern, the owner would get back to me almost immediately. It’s an accommodation most rental owners don’t give, and I deeply appreciated it. Its close proximity to the Lucas Oil Stadium and downtown Indianapolis makes it a perfect location to reach...

”We were in town for a family wedding. We had a total party of eight. This property was absolutely perfect for what we needed and the price was far more reasonable than four separate hotel rooms. It was very well stocked. The setting is rural, surrounded by farmland and fields but it is only a 10 minute drive from town. Best of both worlds. The renovations were not an issue for us and I can't wait to see the finished product once completed. Overall 10/10. ”
