”The accommodation was comfortable. The bathroom is in need of updating and a deep clean although the shower was excellent. The outside of the property belied the inside - it is in need of care and attention, the bins were overflowing and the brambles had taken over.”

Clean and modern fixtures and bathroom. Only gripe would be a very stiff front door lock and no welcome pack. But all in all would recommend.”

”An old characterful house in a lovely location. Comfortable lounge with lots of seating, well-appointed kitchen downstairs. Upstairs..spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Worked well for our family of grandparents, parents and siblings and two small children to attend a family wedding nearby. Clear instructions were left. It was ideal for us.”

”3 families (6 adults and rest teenagers / kids) get together for 4 nights Had supermarket deliver for first night and spent the rest of the week enjoying each others company ! The kids loved the games room, swimming pool , we set up badminton and was other garden games too - we spent evenings playing bored games, so much quality time and phones / tablets hardly touched !! Plenty of space to spread out too and spend time alone or with different groups of people ! We also had enough space...

”While there was some confusion and anxiety on our first day regarding fees, and the exterior of the property was unkempt, the stay was good and our host provided excellent communications. I would add that the furniture is inusually well-used.”

”This is a large house, which could potentially sleep 7 in 4 bedrooms. It was very clean throughout and 2 bathrooms was helpful. It is a 35 minute walk from the city but it’s an easy walk! Taxi’s were also reasonable. Would recommend for a group!”
