”The property is clean the bed is comfortable. The internet is terrible. Never worked. The person at the desk dis not a cistomer service knowledge. I checkes in about 5pm. You ring the door bell to get into the main oddice because theres three buildings with rooms. When he answered it aewm like he dis not want to be there. He had an expressionless face the interactions. Thwy also ask for a 100.00 deposit wven big chain hotels deposit is only 50.00. When we checked out their was another...

”I was pleasantly surprised. After reading the reviews, I was quite hesitant to stay there. But I was only staying for one night and I figured why not since the other hotels were so much more money. They are totally renovating the whole place. Stayed in a renovated room, totally gorgeous totally clean. Only thing I got the smallest room that they had. Which was quite small. No closet. If you go, I suggest that you ask for extra towels when you check in and bring your own pillows. Definitely worth...

”They care about their property and were working on maintenance. Parking is ample but everyone must be extra careful driving in and especially getting out. The location was central to great beaches, Southampton, great restaurants and shopping. ”

The rooms were clean with the exception of the towels and bed linens that seemed to be a bit dingy (may have been just hard stains to get out) Otherwise, pool was excellent, location good and quiet, and for the price, I would highly recommend trying it out!”

There was an issue with my billing…very long story…and I was double billed. Umar spent a lot time, hours, between texts, phone calls, and emails to make sure I was properly refunded.
