Barely 100 meters from the beaches, the lovely holiday apartment in the center of Porto Maurizio is the perfect base for up to 6 guests.

The two-bedroom apartment on the second floor can be accessed through the lift and offers an incredible view from its balcony. Guests are placed right in the middle of all the action and happenings of Porto Maurizio since all the amenities, places to go and things to do are at a convenient distance.

The living room has a pleasing ambiance offering sea view through its windows and access to the balcony. It is furnished with a set of sofas and a flat-screen TV. It has a dining table and a double sofa bed. The modular kitchen opens into the balcony and is blessed with plenty of natural light and fresh air. It has a breakfast table for 6, a Moka coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a range cooker, a toaster, an electric kettle and a fridge.

Sleeping

Bedroom 1: The sweet twin bedroom has two single beds, a collection of books, an enormous window and a fitted wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: The lovely bedroom has a double bed, a chest of drawers, a set of wardrobes and two windows that give the room a refreshing and lively vibe. Guests can also step into the balcony from the room.

Two guests can sleep on the very comfortable double sofa bed in the dining room.

Bathroom 1: The compact bathroom has a shower.

Bathroom 2: The beautiful blue-tiled bathroom has a bath, a shower, a bidet, a washbasin and a WC.

The apartment is located in the main town area close to all major tourist sites and amenities. There is a restaurant on the first floor of the building in which it is located. Guests can also easily walk to the beaches, shops and the many clubs in and around Porto Maurizio. The locality is perfect for exploring Ligurian cuisine, its beautiful coast, indulge in water sports like whale watching, surfing and appreciate the picturesque towns and villages: Sanremo- 31km, Triora- 45km, Dolcedo -8 km, Dolceaqua – 58km, Alassio- 44km, famous Hanbury gardens – 53km and the area “Balzi Rossi” caves that run into French Riviera. The longest cycle path in Europe (20 km) passes through Imperia.
