”Property and amenities were just as advertised. Other reviews are spot on concerning uncomfortable bedroom mattress and tight parking. We survived both and very much enjoyed our stay. Never really had to communicate with the owners, other than following instructions in the app.”

”I’m thrilled with the location of this condo. It’s just a quick walk to the beach, and there are also easy-to-access walking, running, and biking trails. There are plenty of local restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, and attractions nearby. The only downside is that I didn’t receive the email from Evolve with the check-in/out instructions, as it was delivered to my spam folder. The unit was a bit dusty, probably because it was the off-season when I visited, but a quick trip to the local...

”Perfect spot to enjoy everything beautiful Beaufort SC has to offer, park and forget about driving, everything you need is within walking distance. ”

”Wife and I were driving down to FL for the week but wanted to stay somewhere else for a bit first and decided on Beaufort. This house was very convenient for walking to the downtown area and roads out of town. The house is filled with antiques and paintings that were very enjoyable to look at. Would stay again.”

”This property has all you need for some time away and best of all it is pet friendly! The host is very responsive, would stay here again when returning to Edisto.”

”What an excellent place to stay. I was in town for my son’s bachelor party wanted a little place away from the kids. It was clean. The location is fantastic. The beach is right there. I’m mistakenly left clothes behind in the room. The host was so so nice. She packed up my clothes and sent them to me and refused to take payment, I couldn’t have been happier with my choice”

”I never leave reviews but felt this one definitely deserved it. Traveled to many places and can say my favorite to date. Everything was just as described if not better, and knowing the lot was under 24 hour surveillance I didn’t have to worry about anything other than enjoying time with the family. Have nothing negative to say about the overall experience. ”
