”Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet établissement. Le personnel pour la plupart est agréable, petit bémol par contre pour l’accueil. Pas d’explications à l’arrivée, pas de présentation de l’hôtel, d’où trouver les choses ni de comment fonctionne l’hôtel, nous avons su presque le dernier jour où se trouvait la troisième piscine et le club enfant, dommage ! Mis à part cela le self est bon, il y a du choix pour tous les repas, les serveurs sont adorables. La médina est accessible à pied...

”The hotel and the staff made us feel like being in a paradise! Instead of two different rooms that we had reserved and paid for, we got one beautiful suite including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The wifi connection was a bit weak so we informed the reception of that. The next morning a lady came and changed the modem and the wifi connection was excellent after that! The breakfast and dinner were lavish and so delicious, big thanks to the kitchen and waiter...

”Dès qu'on est arrivés on est partie à la restaurant pour le petit déjeuner le buffet était fermée on a parlé avec le responsable il a dit on n'a pas beaucoup des clients c'est pour ça on a fermée le buffet il n'y avait pas des choix pour manger Le soir le buffet etait ouvert mais y pas des choix de nourriture La nourriture n'est pas bonne pas de goût Meme chose pour le matin aussi La chambre aussi est catastrophique le coffre est cassé et sa marche pas Pas des coin de café mini frigidaires...

”Séjour de 5 nuités en famille . Je suis cliente de cet hotel depuis des années , je le choisi particulièrement pour son aspect cosy, son emplacement . La propreté est un atout de cet hotel, de même que le service: personnel au top et au petit soin. Nous avons eu la chance à des chambres rénovées, literie excellente ,toute fois la salle de bain reste vieillote , à revoir , notament sur le volet robineteries et moisisure au toit (la peinture ne l'a pas caché) Sur le volet gastronomie : je dirait...

”Check in went ok. Room was big and clean, some ants going around but didn't bother us. Daily cleaning good with fresh towels. No wifi in the room, only complaint from us but that's a big thing nowadays!! Breakfest good, open until 9.30 which is a bit early on holiday ;) bread, omelettes, pastries, coffee/tea, yogort... eat outside since people smoke inside. Did not eat other times at the hotel but went out. There's nothing much around, boring copy places with the same overpriced pizza, pasta...

”All the staff were very friendly and super helpful! Front desk helped me arrange my transportation and provide recommendations and waiting staff was very friendly and good conversations. Restaurants were very good, enjoyed the beach bars, and room had everything I needed. Would absolutely stay again next time I come back.”
