”We’ve stayed here as a family around 10 times. Nothing but construction taking place the entire time at sail the pool side restaurant. No real waitstaff to support purchasing meals and drinks during the day, took way too long for staff. Massive fail charging us what they charged us when the amenities where less than ideal . Will not stay and pay here again.”

”Staff in the kitchen wasn’t friendly. However, the lady from Dominica in the Mango Cafe was fantastic. The staff in the main grill didn’t have a care in the world. I felt extremely uncomfortable. ”

”The amenities are really good however the functionality of the room was sub par. We transferred to another room which was ok. The hassle of transferring was a bit much after they couldn’t fix a problem they knew existed prior to the stay. Staff was lovely and food was great.”
