”Arrival at the property was disappointing. It took a while to get hold of the lodge manager , as no one was at the gate to open. Dispute notices about dangerous animals, I was still expected to get out of the car and open the gate, same at check out too. This was is irresponsible as if puts guests in danger! Property requires updating, no phone in the lodge, so guests have no way of contacting reception/ manager. Staff were accommodating, attentive and helpful. Had fish and chips for dinner,...

”I booked a weekend away for our daughter and her partner as a birthday surprise. They have nothing but praise for their whole experience. A spa treatment was included and a 5 star lunch, all well above expectations. Highly recommend.”

”We enjoyed our stay @ Safari Plains. Arriving we were received by such friendly faces. The Luxury Tented Chalet we stayed in were overlooking the field where the game came to graze. We enjoyed the morning & afternoon game drives with the well informed guide, Ben. On our first night we had an open air dinner prepared by the chef and staff, it was amazing! We most definately recommend a stay at this 5 star lodge it will be an experience you'll never forget. ALL the staff made our stay fantastic. ”

”We were always greeted respectfully and always had great service. The lodge owners were also present during our stay and they are very nice. All the meals were wonderful, and the game drives were excellent, this lodge give you something to eat and drink on the game drive while you are able to see the wildlife. ”
