”The room we stay was fine but surely not at the 5 stars quality compare to many others 5 stars hotel I have stayed before. The room was abit aged, coffee cups got coffee marks which need to be washed before use. Second night we didn’t have hot water which wasn’t impress. Breakfast was nice, a lot of options. However, dinner foods were the opposite. We had grilled chicken burgers and the chicken breast was very dry but the chips was nice. For what they charged for the foods definitely not...

”Excellent Hotel and the Food was Amazing .Staff were fabulous .Breakfast was good as well. However we had a young girl at breakfast who didn’t look up to greet us.we had to ask where we were seated. She never returned to see if we needed more coffee! More training needed. Not a front person. The young girls we had for check in and our evening were Amazing . ”

”I had booked double room on suite in the chateau. When I arrived I was given a room in the lodge & the bathroom was down the hall just for us . No where when I booked with hotels .com did it mention this . The chateau said it did but I checked my info & it didn’t . I was disappointed, as I paid to stay in the chateau ! The parking was limited near front entrance & was only told when we checked in that parking was available near the lodge . It would have been helpful if an email had been sent...

”A lovely place located on a farm with ample parking and a warm welcome on arrival. My room was large, spacious and well stocked with bottled water, teas, coffee and even a small fridge containing a jug of milk, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large and super clean. I had to leave early in the morning for business and the owner had made me a bacon, sausage and egg sandwich for my journey. Thank you, I will be sure to stay again when I am in the area. ”

”Glangwili Mansion is a beautiful upmarket B&B, quite as good as all the previous reviews have rated it. The owners, George and Linda (and their friendly dog Willow), were welcoming and friendly and great at making suggestions of places to visit and places to eat. There is a great pub nearby and an excellent restaurant a little further away - for Londoners a meal to match anything in the city for half the price. George and Linda could not have been more helpful, phoning a local GP and arranged...

”Lovely accommodation in the Honeysuckle suite, very quiet and spotlessly clean. All needs catered for and bottles of water and milk for tea and coffee replenished daily. Very friendly professional hosts and the breakfast was delicious. Great location for motorway and central to many interesting parts of North Wales but set off the main road by a long driveway. Would stay again.”
