”Our stay for my son's birthday was fantastic and the room was exceptional. It was great to be able to share the experience with my young grandchildren and for them to be very welcome. They especially enjoyed the pool. What we didn't like was the parking charges! The restaurants in the hotel were fully booked as we didn't prebook, so we went out for food. As we parked in the underground carpark we had to pay £13 to go out for food after only parking for 5 hours. We discovered the outside carpark...

”Staff were fantastic. Hotel building and location were amazing. Great views across to the straights and mountains. Breakfast was really good, dinner was ok. Main issue was that we were not in the main building but a separate one (lodge). Walls there are paper thin unfortunately and could hear everything in room next door. Boiler from room nextdoor was also super loud. Not great for 200 a night! I'm sure the rooms in the main building are much better so would be good to come back and stay in them...

”A lovely place located on a farm with ample parking and a warm welcome on arrival. My room was large, spacious and well stocked with bottled water, teas, coffee and even a small fridge containing a jug of milk, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large and super clean. I had to leave early in the morning for business and the owner had made me a bacon, sausage and egg sandwich for my journey. Thank you, I will be sure to stay again when I am in the area. ”

”Glangwili Mansion is a beautiful upmarket B&B, quite as good as all the previous reviews have rated it. The owners, George and Linda (and their friendly dog Willow), were welcoming and friendly and great at making suggestions of places to visit and places to eat. There is a great pub nearby and an excellent restaurant a little further away - for Londoners a meal to match anything in the city for half the price. George and Linda could not have been more helpful, phoning a local GP and arranged...

”Lovely accommodation in the Honeysuckle suite, very quiet and spotlessly clean. All needs catered for and bottles of water and milk for tea and coffee replenished daily. Very friendly professional hosts and the breakfast was delicious. Great location for motorway and central to many interesting parts of North Wales but set off the main road by a long driveway. Would stay again.”
