”We got our second room two hours late, room wasn't cleaned properly and bathroom door was broken. It did not close at all. We gave feedback to hotel on our second day but nobody answered. Sorry to say but this is definitely not a five star hotel. ”

”The hotel was great and clean. It was near a Park and Ride. Taking a bus from there to the city centre was easy and the journey took only about 10 minutes. However, a downside was that the buses did not run on Christmas Day. Near the hotel, there is not really anything worthwhile to see. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. ”Overall a good experience. Downside: my room was very cold when I arrived and it took the whole night until the room became reasonably warm. Additioally, electrical heating stops whenever the key card is removed as one leaves the room.”

”Spotlessly clean, newly refitted. Staff were lovely. Beds comfy. Couldnt fault the hotel. Car park in Union st, is 1 minute away and it is located well for Cowley street and a little further into the older parts of Oxford.”
