”Most of the facilities and services were satisfactory, but the hotel lacked consideration for golf players regarding check-out times. Even if start playing golf at 7 am when the golf course opens, at least 4 hours of play time is needed and extra 1 hour for showering and check-out preparation, but I was asked to check out at 10 am, and even if late check-out was allowed, I was asked to check out by 11:30 am at the latest. ”Check in did not go well. I arrived 03.00am and they had difficulties to find my reservation. Room is big and it was fine. Breakfast was OK and they had omelette station, porridge and fruits. Hotel and rooms itself needs a fresh up. I was expecting more from the pictures and descriptions. Swimming pool area was disappointing because they had no sun beds and there was a lot of leafes in the pool. Staff was friendly and smiling Location is good. There is a mall next to the hotel ”

”The room I received was in an older building poolside. The room was comfortable, good bed, Wi-Fi and a/c. However, the lights were quite dim so in the evening the room would be quite dark. ”The 2 Friends Guest House in Jinja, Uganda is quite lovely. The staff and security guards are very kind & hospitable. The area felt very safe and is walkable to town. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym is above average and the pool is quite refreshing. I was able to enjoy breakfast before departing for the day. The front desk staff also helped to book me a shuttle return back to Entebbe. I highly recommend the 2 Friends Guest House if you’re visiting Jinja.”
