”We arranged a three generation stay at the Palms, and it exceeded our expectations. There was a great many things that we liked about The Palms-the quality of the villas, the swimming pool and beach (both perfect for little children), the complimentary breakfasts, and the location. However, what was most striking was the quality of the staff. Everybody we interacted with was consistently pleasant and helpful, and patient with children. This included the people who helped set up at the beach...

”My family & I had a great time staying at Windsong for the week. The beach was beautiful, our room was spacious & nicely equipped, and overall the staff was courteous and helpful. Vernel at building four's beach access and Wilder the rooftop bartender in building four deserve special praise. Both of these guys provided exceptional service on several occasions and went out of their way to make our stay even more enjoyable. If the boss is reading this...Vernel & Wilder both deserve a BIG...

”This property is not at all as advertised - there is no gym, no spa, the food is not high quality and some of the rooms don’t even have curtains. Only a few if the restaurants are functional. The service is slow and it is misleading to describe it as a luxury hotel. I have lost trust in Marriott and Expedia. ”
