”Property is located on the water with easy access to the beach. They have plenty of sitting areas outside as well as a sitting area right outside of your room that is semi private. They give you a picnic basket breakfast that consisted of bagels, butter, cream cheese, jelly, etc. Very tranquil setting and very relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely go again.”

The doors only have a button lock on some cottages and seems like the original handle, it was loose and the key was sticking. Though I was accommodated with a different cottage that had a padlock as well, there was a visible mold and moisture issue causing the laminate floors to bubble. ”We had an amazing stay at the Hampton Maid! Our suite was modern, clean, and comfy. We ate breakfast at the restaurant every morning and it was delicious. We also had dinner at R.AIRE one evening and it was also wonderful. Chef came and spoke to us. All staff were so nice and friendly. The grounds are lovely as well. The location is also a great base for exploring both the North and South forks. Highly recommend!”
