”Absolutely wonderful property! Alison warmly welcomed us and guided us throughout. Scandinavian design with Mid Century Vintage furnishings. This room features a private entrance, vintage desk and large window nook. We enjoyed the views of the beautiful grounds while seated on your private lounge chairs outside of our room. The onsite Dandelion restaurant had amazing vibe and equally amazing food and drinks. Breakfast was a lovely basket that we enjoyed in our patio. Large, clean bathrooms....

”Phil was a wonderfully responsive host and keeps a well-stocked, warm and cozy cabin with all the necessities (and many fun extras like games and a record player) at his guests' disposal. The location was great, with some amazing dining within convenient driving distance, and of course, access to Belleayre. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning for a future visit!”

”The house was clean and fully equipped. Fr removed from the town, can be difficult if you have an electric vehicle (I drive a Tesla and closest charger was 45 away). Other than that, great place to unwind and disconnect. ”

”We spent the loveliest week at this incredible property! We were on our honeymoon, just the two of us, and when we arrived we were greeted by the sweetest note, with wildflowers, and bubbly in the fridge! 🥰 Vanessa was very friendly and responsive via the VRBO app, totally flexible when our travel plans changed, and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed. The farmhouse itself is even more amazing than the pictures do justice - lovingly restored with such artful and whimsical details...

”We had a great stay! The house is spacious & the beds are super comfortable! AC in the rooms is an added bonus! Owners were very thoughtful with the snacks & coffee. Great house & we can’t wait to stay again next year! ”

”In this condition, it should be a $85 ngt. cabin. A can of paint, new carpets & tile or linoleum can go e long way. Entrance to the lodge introduces you to what awaits you. Property can still serve a budget oriented clientele, but investments must be made immediately.”

”My friend and I had an amazing time. The views from the window were incredible. The space was roomy and beautiful furnished. The outdoor hot tub was very enjoyable. Overall it was a great couple of days away in the quiet of upstate NY. We also checked out the local goat sanctuary and did a winter hike with the goats which was such a fun experience.
