”The room was not cleaned properly, found chunks of hair on the floor upon walking in. TERRIBLE, considering they are charging an arm and a leg for a remote property such as. We also checked in very late and did not have time to enjoy the property itself. Contacted the management about our dissatisfaction but no resolution was offered. Would love to visit this property again but staff and service is unfortunately questionable at this point… ”

”This place is in one of the nicest places in the Catskills close to a number of hiking trails. Very efficient utilization of living space and lots of open space to play and do other activities. Good office where you can get a number of games to play. Very prompt service from the host. Few utensils can be added to the kitchen.”

”Phil was a wonderfully responsive host and keeps a well-stocked, warm and cozy cabin with all the necessities (and many fun extras like games and a record player) at his guests' disposal. The location was great, with some amazing dining within convenient driving distance, and of course, access to Belleayre. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning for a future visit!”

”Cozy cabin with all the amenities you need. Mary, the hostess with the mostest, really has thought of everything. You can do as much or as little as you’d like. We stayed for a romantic Valentine’s weekend, it was fantastic! Snow on the ground made for a gorgeous setting. A covered front porch with seating to enjoy the outdoors. Something about being outside during the quiet of a snow fall is so peaceful. I’m sure other seasons are beautiful there as well. Overall, Mary’s cabin was exceptional...

”This is such a great farm house! Quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature. Property is clean and well maintained with most useful amenities. Such comfortable beds and amazing bedding. Host is welcoming and friendly. Will be looking to book it in the future. ”

”The property is beautiful. The soft snow blanketing the area only made it more so. Everything was exactly where it was said to be and our hosts were ready and willing to help at a moments notice. Couldn't ask for a better place”

”Group of my closest friends from high school stayed on Red Hill Mountain at this superbly rustic and comfortable Claryville farmhouse. Each of us taking respite from work, family, kids, spouses and modernity, we all spent "Groundhog's Day" weekend hiking, hot tubbing, cooking, watching a movie* and relaxing by the fire. With most stores more than a half-hour away, we took advantage of the large versatile farmhouse kitchen when preparing our meals; which were needed after the 2-mile round-trip...

”Me and my family really enjoyed staying at Cold Springs , The Manager Rose was Great..Was some renovations goin on the property but that wasn't a major issue. Cabin was very clean and comfortable we didn't have no real complaints we shal Return very Soon...”

”In this condition, it should be a $85 ngt. cabin. A can of paint, new carpets & tile or linoleum can go e long way. Entrance to the lodge introduces you to what awaits you. Property can still serve a budget oriented clientele, but investments must be made immediately.”

”We had a great stay! The house is spacious & the beds are super comfortable! AC in the rooms is an added bonus! Owners were very thoughtful with the snacks & coffee. Great house & we can’t wait to stay again next year! ”
