”Everyone was so friendly, the front desk staff from the moment we checked in until we checked out were so helpful and courteous. I ran into problems printing something in the Business Center and even though it was very late at night, I was still helped by the staff. The bathroom was a little dated with some repaired wall damage, but other than that, this was a great value for the money. We would definitely stay here again.”

”Although the owners were very responsive, we were disappointed in this property. The kitchen was very poorly stocked, there were not enough towels and the bed linens and pillows were old and flimsy. We contacted the owner and he arrived within 20 min with new towels and a few pillows. The bathrooms and the refrigerator could have been cleaner. ”

”Check in process and room readiness delayed…rooms weren’t ready. Super central location for walking the downtown area but lots of sketchy types hanging around downtown to keep an eye on. The hotel property itself was fine. ”

”Loved the staff and the onsite spa. The room was spacious and well appointed. The fireplace and jetted tub were great. There is a nice little exercise room that has a treadmill, bike and eliptical. Bed was fairly comfortable but I wish there were a few nicer quality pillows”

”Perfectly fine for a budget stay…wonderful front desk staff and excellent breakfast offerings. Concerns: There is no security to the rooms outside of the locks within the individual rooms. Otherwise, anyone can enter the halls 24/7. Breakfast area is very congested — possibly due to the fact that there are too many tables with four chairs each and the table odd actually narrower than two chairs side-by-side. Perhaps, management should consider making some tables deuces versus four-tops to...
