”ルームサービスに電話をすると繋がらず、レセプションに行ったところ手配をしてくれました。しかし、サラダと食器が足らず再度レセプションに行ったところ、ため息をつかれました。ため息をつきたいのはこっちだよ。最初の料理は冷めてしまうし。レセプションの人は確かにメモをとっていたので、厨房に問題があったのでしょう。設備や眺めはとても満足です。”

”The towels are always an issue here, sometimes they room is well stocked, sometimes it isn't, so after staying there 4 times, I think they lack consistency. Staff is friendly and the property is beautiful.”

”The hotel and the room were beautiful and full of luxury. Room cleaning was in excellent level. Area was calm. Only few negative things: 1) not all the staff spoke fluent English. Sometimes there were problems with understanding. 2) The swimming pool was closed and it was one of the reasons why we chose the hotel. It was September, so perhaps their summer was over.”

”A great choice of hotel for exploring Segovia. It’s right next to the Roman aqueduct, and you can walk up into the city to see the other attractions. If you arrive at Guiomar station then the local 11 bus drops you off across the road from the hotel. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The room I had was spacious. I was happy with my choice. Very good local restaurant just along the road. ”

”Kaikki toimi erinomaisesti. Pyysimme hiljaisen huoneen ja saimme sellaisen. Hotelli on nimittäin aivan keskeisen Plaza Mayorin vieressä. Spa oli todella viihtyisä, tosin se maksoi erikseen. Samoin aamiainen, joka oli monipuolinen. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen. Tykkäsimme.”

”Quite good location in the old town but no shops or bars in immediate neighborhood. There are nice pictures of the hotel terrace but the terrace was open only for breakfast time! We had a room one floor above the street level: No view at all but terrible noise from the street next to the hotel. Worst beds (extremely hard mattresses) and pillows ever, couldn't sleep well at all during our two nights stay. Nice breakfast though.”

”Hotel is walkable from bus stop, centrally located and near to the famous aqueduct and other tourist sights. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. The room is spacious, air-conditioning okay. The only downside is there is no soundproofing in that we can literally hear people talking and footsteps coming up or down the stairs & passing by our room. If we were not tired that day, we would have had interrupted sleep due to the outside noise.”
