”It’s right next to the ski ticket booth which is really nice and convenient and the restaurant is pretty good. My room had a very odd smell almost like ammonia so that was the biggest downside. They have underground parking which is nice if you have a smaller vehicle but my truck wouldn’t fit so I had to walk a ways. ”

”Like everyone else, we enjoyed the extensive and frequently-replenished breakfast buffet. Staff were very pleasant and responsive. The hotel was quiet and clean. My only complaint is that lighting in the rooms, including bathroom, was very dim. It was not enough for reading or for applying makeup, for example. Loved that the bathroom had a nightlight.”

”My only complaint is that in the bathroom of our room, there was what I’m assuming to be a hole in the ceiling where the shower is, it was plugged with paper towel or toilet paper. Our room could definitely benefit from some TLC. Otherwise it was clean and I am overall satisfied with my stay!”

”Didn't seem like the bedside table was cleaned. Sandy feeling that scratched my cell phone when I slid it across. No extra roll of toilet paper. No TV controls. Lady at front desk dealt with that quickly and efficiently for us. Toilet kept running unless you jiggled the handle several times. Breakfast could be improved. In spite of all these issues, we enjoyed our stay. Have been to the Plaza many times. Great location. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out.”

”Our room had a beautiful panoramic view over the Western valley, an excellent Indian Restaurant ( Flavours of India) is right next door with a similarly spectacular view & we woke to the sound of song birds cavorting outside our window. Precious. ”

”The heat was too high and I wasn't able to turn it down. It was an excellent experience overall though. Bathroom floor was clean just not super clean. Everything else was clean. ”

”I only stayed one night but the place was conveniently located and staff was nice. Breakwas is typical but the fact that it was available was bonus. I liked the river walk as well.”

”Hotel was very nice, underground parking handy in the cold of winter. The restaurant is also nice. Not much around the hotel but we did find a couple of places we could walk to for food. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing. ”
