”We have stayed at many Gatlinburg hotels, including the big expensive ones. This one provided the most comfortable stay yet. The bed was super comfortable, the fireplace was nice and warm and place is clean and well maintained. Can’t wait to go back!”

”The room was updated and clean, a little small, but overall nice and right on the river. The staff were very nice and helpful. The property is located on the very end of the main strip just past Ober, just something to note if you plan to walk to attractions or restaurants at the opposite end. We would stay again in the future. ”

”Mountain Inn & Suites is a nice little hotel in Erwin TN. The same Erwin TN that just got wiped out from hurricane Helene flooding. Hotels.com refuse to give me a refund even though they have received photos of the entire hotel in shambles with nothing but piles of debris all around it. They are not and were not open. I could not call the hotel and reschedule. But Hotels.com says they cannot refund me even though the hotel was closed and halfway underwater. Hotels.com is a complete scam. I would...
