”Nice hotel, clean, warm welcoming. Location for Colchester excellent Breakfast lovely, tasty and plentiful, cooked or continental on offer. Rooms spacious, warm. Only low point was no daily housekeeping, so had to replenish tea, coffee, milk from breakfast area, not a real problem lots to pick from there.”

”The TriBeCa accommodation is beautiful and hot tub area very private. Kitchen has all necessities inc dishwasher but imo should have a coffee machine or something to make filter coffee's. Roll top bath and in master bedroom a nice touch but the tv was not working on my visit I have rebooked to go in march so hopefully it will be fixed by then. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Area is quiet and peaceful. ”

”Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road. Great facilities, good comfy beds, very warm heating and well supplied cooking facilities. A pool for summer, grounds and a Summer house and a well stocked games room for kids if the weather is bad.
