”A nice hotel. Well located in Stoke on Trent. Check-in qas quick and easy, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms was nice. Very clean and well maintained. Bed was too hard for my taste. Pillows big and fluffy, but no support at all.”

”Great reception on arrival, friendly and polite staff. Good food and good selection of beers and cocktails. ”

”This hotel left me totally speechless. No water pressure in shower, had to go to the gym for shower. Gym was in awfull outdated dirty condition. Lockerroom was even worse. Then got a fine for parking. When checking in, I had to leave the vehichle registration number but I was never informed by the check in person that parking is chargeable. Why should I ever visit this hotel again?”

”Excellent hotel impeccably clean. Nice and quiet. Good fitness suite. Amazing staff on reception who went out of their way to help all the guests. Restaurant staff at dinner were less enthusiastic about their work and service could have been better. There is a little market with confectionary, a few travel essential like toiletries wouldn’t go amiss here. One of the best places Ive stayed recently ”
