”We loved staying at Fred. Took us a while to understand the slow paced culture of St Croix … a nice change from the fast paced craziness of our home in Washington DC. While there were a few hiccups during our stay - such as no towels; being ignored by staff at bar; etc - the Fred after we complained made things right. Thanks, Fred, for an incredible stay on St Croix. We will stay there again.”

”This is a lovely resort. It is rustic but that adds to its charm. The staff are friendly, the room is huge, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom/shower is somewhat modern. The beach is stunning and although there are a lot of guests, the resort is large enough that it doesn’t feel crowded. I don’t understand the nasty reviews I’ve read. This isn’t the Four Seasons. The attitude of some reviewers is embarrassing. ”
