”部屋は広く、清潔でとても快適でした。歩いて行ける距離のホテルの周辺にはコーヒーショップやレストランなどがないためホテル内のレストランで食事をとることが多くなりましたがカード決済を行ったあと、インボイスがもらえませんでした。無料の水が毎日追加されてとても助かりました。私の部屋には歯ブラシを含むアメニティが用意されていて毎日補充もされておりました。フロントデスクは時々混雑します。チェックアウトに時間がかかる場合があるので注意が必要です。”

”Tolles Hotel, allerdings gab es in der Rooftopbar eine Party mit lauter Musik bis 2h nachts. Erst nach einer Beschwerde wurde die Musik abgestellt. In einem Hotel schlafen Menschen!! Wenn sie Veranstaltungen machen wollen, dann bitte so, dass die Nachtruhe nicht gestört wird. ”

”Excellent, good breakfast and the food menu was varied at a reasonable price. Hotel was convenient for Eden Gardens cricket ground a good 20 min walk away but flat, despite England getting spanked there by 7 wickets it was great experience all the same 😉 The hotel has great history with lots of pictorial items on display, the guests list who have resided there is very interesting. ”Western style hotel with rather good breakfast and a bit worn rooms. Surprisingly not much traffic noise (at least to 4th floor), but some very loud religious prayer calls are totally annoying. I think the hotel should discuss with neighbours to stop them or at least limit to day time. Windows are too dark, hardly any visibility. Doorman wants to open the door and carry your bag all the time. Somebody might like it, but I would prefer to do it by my own, I am not that lazy. There is error in...

”The rooms are badly mainitined. The water flow is horrible in the taps, had to call mainaitainance. The curtains and bedcovers are unclean. The staff are very helpful, But the maintainance of the property along with cleanliness is heavily challanged”
