”Cozy quiet location as described. The trails seem to be substantial, more than I had time for in a single evening. Very well-maintained accommodations. ”

”It was so peaceful and quiet. It was nice have hhe friendly cat i believe name is Nibs welcome us and even help us unpack. Wish we could have enjoyed it more as we were not there much as to only sleep. The only thing i would say is it was real hot sleeping that night and wasnt sure how to keep the fans on without the.light being left on in living room. Otherwise very nice thank you and God bless.”

”The hotel was very basic, but clean and inexpensive. As other reviews have said, the hotel was under renovation. The breakfast was really lacking, but again, for the low price, I was not expecting much.”

”What a truly beautiful place for a quick getaway. The owner went out of his way to ensure that we felt at home and welcomed. In addition to the ambiance of setting, the owner prepared a delicious breakfast of blueberry pancakes, bacon and fruit. We couldn’t ask for a better stay and we will make sure that we stay again during our next trip to Chicago ❤️”

”Not good shower head broke. Bath tub won’t plug closed so I had to use a new rag as a plug. Toilet barely flushed. Tv wouldn’t switch off pc mode and air conditioning won’t even do fan mode. Kept beeping clean filter and not staying on ”

”Perfect spot for my spouse and I for an overnight stay. Clean and comfortable and just on the outskirts of town. We appreciated and loved the surprise coffee cake! ”

”Absolutely loved our stay! Comfortable and cozy! Felt like we were staying in the Ingalls little house, but with modern conveniences. It really was a hidden gem! Can’t recommend enough! My only feedback is that the master bed wasn’t super comfy. Great stay and great host”
