”I ordered from the hotel a taxi to airport pickup and it never showed up. I mentioned that in the reception and they offered me that have a free dinner at the hotel restaurant. I went to have a dinner and when it came to an end the waitress came and said that there was no proof that the taxi was ordered in the airport. I was shocked of this accusation calling me a liar. I had the email with me and they wanted me to send it to reception. I have never felt so bad as a customer with wide traveling...

Additionally, the hotel does not serve alcohol. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient. Towels, bed linens, and other amenities are of high quality. Wi-Fi is fast, and customer service is good."

Customer is a liar, never go there

"I ordered from the hotel a taxi to airport pickup and it never showed up. I mentioned that in the reception and they offered me that have a free dinner at the hotel restaurant. I had the email with me and they wanted me to send it to reception. I have never felt so bad as a customer with wide traveling experience in a five star hotels. Horrible customer service, never again."
