”I'm a repeat guest. All the staff were friendly and nice, the spa was nice as before, and the food was good. The only thing I didn't like was there were people smoking outside the smoking area( I couldn't dry my diving gears on the balcony cause the guest next door were always smoking on the balcony, which is not allowed).”

”Although I had booked a room for one night, I couldn't stay there: a bad storm hit the island few days before we arrive and the generator broke down. Nonetheless, the driver was waiting for me at the airport and drove me to the hotel I was rebooked at. It was very good and no surprise with the price. Excellent customer service despite the situation they had to go through. Will definitely give it a try again.”
