”Was a good stay Not the property fault but booked a swim time and couldn’t go because of a child puking. Also was on 5th floor and desk made me go up and down a couple times because I couldn’t get in my room and they finally sent someone up and the battery to our door died. Breakfast was amazing. ”

”We like this hotel very much. The staff are polite and courteous and someone is always at the desk to help you check in with no waiting. There is always coffee available and a basket of apples that are individually wrapped if you want to take one or two up to your room. The hotel had a renovation not long ago and is lovely. Breakfast is hot and cold with lots of options. We are very happy with this hotel and book it exclusively when we are in the area.”

”There wasn’t much around the area that was open. The entrance of the hotel was just not pleasant or inviting. There should be more of a driveway or drop-off/pick-up area. ”Everything was very clean & it was SUPER quiet even with being close to the airport. My only complaint is to get some new curtains that aren’t stained & if you’re going to put a hold on the card for incidentals, inform your guests ahead of time not when the bill is paid ”

”I liked out stay at HomeTown Inn by Red Roof East Syracuse. I was there with my Ukranian friend who was surprised there were also hotels in America with same quality as in hes country. I really liked the reception because there was Egyptian workers who gave the hotel international feeling since it is near the airport. ”The stay was fine and i completed an email about my departure time. I later received phone calls about when i was leaving and there was confusion by the motel about what room i was in.”

”The main building is beautiful. The staff was very friendly, upbeat, and helpful. The room was comfortable but could use updated carpets. However, I booked this specific hotel it said on expedia that it has a pool. Being NYS i automatically thought an indoor pool. My children were very disappointed to find out it was an outdoor pool. The advertising should be made clear that it is not an indoor pool. ”
