”We stayed at this Days Inn Walcott after an Iowa football game. The hotel is located 40 minutes east of Iowa City off of I80. I booked it for $50 on Expedia so we weren't expecting much. I was a little worried by the stark condition of the lobby but as I proceeded down the hallway, up the stairs and to our room I was actually impressed with how clean the place was. The bed was super soft, probably too soft for most people's liking, and there were plenty of pillows. There are no elevators but...

”First of all, Nikki was our online host and stayed in communication with me the whole time. When we arrived at Cedar River, I found that the cabin I thought I reserved was not the one I actually reserved. Fortunately for us Nikki was there to check us in and helped us upgrade to a bigger cabin to fit our family and puppies. We stayed in the two bedroom cabin which had everything you needed to enjoy your stay and the place was very clean and well maintained. We do plan on staying there the next...
