”We enjoyed our stay-overall the property is nice. The living rm & deck are comfortable, kitchen is well supplied. There are some issues to be resolved to make this 5*. There were 2 of us, we had access to the upstairs 2 bedrms. 1 of the bedroom ACs didn’t work. Property mgr got it running but it continued to drip water on bed. This was never resolved so we slept in the other room. The room with the bad AC had a comfortable bed, better air flow and was quieter. The other room had noise from local...

”Adam’s Place is the place to stay in Montserrat. We hated to leave. Ed and Rea were great to communicate with, Kristina and Sunny as property managers were exceptional. The house is superbly furnished, kitchen is amazing, and you cannot beat the sunsets as you lounge on the patio and pool. The grounds are so pretty also. Toni, the private chef, cooked us a fantastic breakfast and two awesome dinners. I wanted to take her home with me. Sunny gave us a tour of the volcano which was spectacular. We...
