"Todella helppo ja hyvä vaihtoehto perheille ja pariskunnille. Kuudennen kerroksen huoneet olivat hiljaisia ja tilavia. Palvelu oli englantilaiseen tyyliin kohteliasta ja huolehtivaa. Aamupala erittäin kattava englaintilainen breku. "

"Sijainti on aivan loistava ja niin oli myös aamupala. Sisältä huomattavasti hienompi kuin ulkoa. Palvelu todella ammattimaista. Päivittäiset vesipullot huoneessa iso plussa."

"Hyvä paikka yöpyä Lontoossa. Sijainti erinomainen liikkumiseen, etenkin jos lentää Heathrowlta. Yövyttiin ilman aamiaista, alakerrasta sai aamukahvia ja syötävää. Meidän upgradettiin parempaan saapuessa ilman pyyntöä. "

"We booked two standard rooms for four nights last week. The first room was ok despite that there was no view except a smoked window to the opposite wall. The other room was very dirty. Walls, floor and the carpet were in awful condition. I got a new room and that was like the other one but now clean. However in the same evening I noticed that the bath towel on the towel rail was bloody - meaning real blood on it. That was discusting! I got new towels and a promise to upgrade both of us next day. The first upgraded room was fine with a river view but the other one again dirty. Finally after many efforts I got a decent room. Breakfast and the location was excellent. Doormen helpful and polite."

"Upon arrival, we were an hour ahead of time. We were offered an upgrade for GBP 40 per night tha would include the breakfast, access to the Chearmen Lounge. We took it and were not dissapointed. Good service, good rooms (bit dated but clean and working) and good location. Easy to get to-and-from! So Thank You! <3"
