”Staff and housekeeping were wonderful. Such friendly and helpful staff. Being in the jungle was such a treat. Swimming in the on-site cenote was a highlight. Food is… fine. Highly recommend going to the Mexican food buffet. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Beach is okay — it’s smaller and rocky, so bring water shoes. It’s ideal for little ones with a protected area that small children can swim in safely. ”
