”The hotel was recovering from the hurricane floods in the mountains but was still clean and nice. There was hot chocolate, coffee and hot tea available all day and night, which was lovely. The staff was friendly, there was a simple "breakfast bar" which was fine, with grab and go bags for people checking bout which was nice. And the rooms were clean showers were great the design was perfect with plenty of room. I will be back to stay at this hotel again soon! ”

”It was a renovated room and very clean. Stuffs were very professional and helpful. They serve Breakfast (but not many options, basically muffins and coffee etc). This is very close to downtown of Black mountain. ”

”Me and my team decided to stay in Marion NC instead of driving back to Asheville NC due to the snow, and this hotel exceeded out expectations Friendly staff, and very nice comfortable clean rooms, buffet breakfast was also clean and had many options ”

”Beautiful mountain setting, horse pasture out front. Friendly, helpful staff. Had to figure out why wi-fy wasn't working. Had to bring our own Keurig. Couldn't get to streaming tv. Tiny kitchen, few dishes.”

”Dirt road/drive. Not a lot of room for navigation, but enough room to move around. The house was quaint and perfect. Check in was an envelope left on a table. Perfect! Serves a purpose for a one night stay. No refrigerator and limited outlets. Would stay again!”

”Beautiful little place on top of a mountain with a fantastic view. We loved the quiet and seclusion. The house was clean and had everything you could want including reliable wifi. It's in a gated mountain community so safety wasn't an issue. Since the area took a hit from Hurricane Helene the owner was good about communicating an alternate route to take because of road and bridge closures. We will definitely stay here again.”
