”At least the third time we have stayed here, though it must be 7 or 8 year’s since our last visit. Friday afternoon/evening in the reception area very busy with an event that had been rearranged from the previous weekend. Restaurant very busy, but calm and very competent service. Friday evening noise in the corridor where our room was situated, was bordering on the extreme, Saturday evening, the complete opposite. Restaurant food good value and reasonable menu. Breakfast was tasty and again well...

”Lovely stay staff very friendly and welcoming. Food in brasserie excellent. As we went as a couple the leisure facilities weren't what we had expected and they were quite crowded with a lot of kids. We stay often at Crawford burn another Galgorm hotel which is more suitable for couples for a relaxing stay.overall nice overnight stay and good value for money. If you were going with a couple of kids ideal.”

”This is a great location - walking distance to City Centre. We were there in mid-January when there were no other guests, but Seamus communicated with us in advance so we knew how to reach him when we arrived and he was very friendly and helpful. His wife Cathy made us a custom breakfast the next day and let us keep our luggage there while we toured Derry. ”
