”We LOVED this property! It's a beautiful, comfortable house and the outdoor area was wonderful. We were surrounded by Ponderosa Pines and the sound of the creek. So incredibly relaxing. Joe is amazing! He was quick to respond to texts before we got there and while we were there. And he thought of everything his guests might need. It's the best equipped kitchen we've seen in any VRBO property. We had fun playing table tennis and pool in the evening in the rec room. What a great idea and a fun...

This place is for the nature lovers 🌲 the ones who do NOT want to be connected to a TV or phone 😊 Great trails on the property to go explore and listen to the wind blow through the trees. Terrific deck with lots of seating to enjoy the view of the Spanish Peaks! Craig and Judy are exceptional hosts and always take great care of us! ”

”They’ve taken an older place and made it really nice. The location isn’t scenic … it sits along the street in town. However, it does have a great fenced courtyard that is really enjoyable. Everything else about the place was significantly better than the average VRBO, particularly those in less touristy areas. We enjoyed our time. It was particularly clean for the “dusty” west. Keep that up … it’s a difference maker. ”
