”It's a vibe! Even before you walk in, you travel back in time. When we ooened the door, we were greeted with the sounds of the jazz band. Many guests and Cedar Falls folks were quietly enjoying the music in the lobby and bar rooms. Oh, and please keep the voucher system for breakfast! We thoroughly enjoyed the small businesses that served breakfast. We will definitely be back!!”

”The room and staff were warm and cordial Easy access to the highway , close to a decent bar and grill just what we needed for a break in the drive. Breakfast wasn’t restaurant quality but more variety than I’d have at home so no point deduction. ”

”The location is great, close to Main St, parks and the river. Parking spots are tight, but good to have free, gated parking. Older building that is being renovated. Overall a good value. ”

”Not the fanciest place but it was clean. They could use some new carpet. The beds were very soft. But sheets were nice and not too stiff (like some motels are) a plug on the outside to plug our EV in would have been nice but it’s all good. It was nice to have a fridge in the room. Overall not too bad of a stay, for the price. Staff was very kind!”
