”Check-in was a bit bizarre because they didn't ask for any identification and the hot tub was not full, no explanation, we tried to stop by the front desk twice when staying and checking out and couldn't find anyone. Breakfast was delightful on the roof, but it's a ways away from town and felt very quiet and a bit strange with not all amenities available ”

”Loved my stay here, breakfast was excellent, also had lunch and dinner here because the kitchen makes some tasty and nutritious food. Just a note that this is a nature reserve in a hacienda, so the rooms smell woody and you can hear birds chirping in the morning, the perfect alarm clock. The staff are really friendly, from being responsive on whatsapp to greeting you and showing me around the property, they made me feel really welcomed! ”We spent two nights in Cuenca to visit one of our workers and while there stayed in the Casa Ordonez. We stayed there because the reviews were so good. We were impressed by the friendliness of the owner and his staff. They were quick to meet all our needs, put us in a better room the second night, arranged tours for us and we just appreciated them so much. Breakfast was very good and different every day! ”
