”First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

”I absolutely loved my stay at Zel. I was skeptical in the beginning since it’s a new resort but the staff was very helpful! Food was great! I had a swim up room and the view was EVERYTHING! I highly would recommend this resort if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. They provided a lot of activities throughout the day. They also have a spa. You can literally walk to the beach but they provide shuttles to and from as well. Definitely was a beautiful experience!!”
