The security guard at the front gate of the property was extremely rude. Didn't welcome us but asked what we were doing there. ”My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Pagua Bay House. The property is close to the airport and has convenient parking. The room was clean, the bed was soft, the shower was huge, the pool was refreshing and everything sits on a beautiful cliff overlooking the ocean. The onsite restaurant and bar had great food and drinks as well. We will return for sure. Highly recommend!!”

”J'ai séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hôtel. Peu avant mon arrivée, j'ai reçu un message me disant que j'avais été surclassée dans la chambre 212. Elle est plus spacieuse et plus lumineuse que celle initialement réservée. C'est un bel hôtel entouré de montagnes, au calme avec une belle piscine. Le petit déjeuner est préparé sur commande, il y a 6 options possibles et il coûte environ 16xcd. Chaque petit-déjeuner et diner que j'ai mangé au resto étaient très bons, les portions étaient également...

”We returned after staying here last year for convenience. The location is great. Shame the bar is not open most evenings. The breakfast is lacking and never gets refilled unless we ask for it and there are different things in different rooms ( we travelled with others) No pool or lift but I knew all this. The staff are brilliant friendly and helpful. I would return for that reason ”
