”Host, Will is fantastic, great communication. He left some coffee and milk for us as well as a bar of chocolate. The lodge is clean and tidy and everything is great with it. If you stay check out the DVD collection it is legendary. Also, there is Nintendo Wii in the lodge which is great for kids great fun. We will be back for sure, if the lodge is availible. Unfortunately due to some mix up I could not gain access, this after a 200 mile drive. I phoned the owner, luckily his number was in the details, and he told me The Clacks will remain shut for months and that hotels.com had not notified him of any booking. ”Had a great stay over new year at the properties. One family in one bungalow and us in the other. Property was clean and fresh. Beautiful welcome items left for us by the owners, who were lovely and couldnt do enough for us. Woke up to the spectacular views and literally could have sat and watched the horses all day! The lodges were cosy and warm. We all loved it. The only thing i would have preferred was a slightly earlier check-in time, perhaps 3pm instead of 5pm. But thats just wee personal...

”A lovely country venue. Nice and private yet contact with the hosts gave immediate result. Thought the weather was very wet it was easy to get the cabin up to temperature. All appliances in de caben were modern en well kept. Lovely hosts. Very open to questions and suggestions. Local pub great for food and in walking distance. Activities as walking, golf, cycling galore. Big shops within 20 min drive. I definitely plan to come back”
