” The hotel lobby and ground floor in general is very nice and appealing but when we headed up stairs the halls were quite old and just the opposite of the fresh and lovely smelling, modern lobby. We did enjoy the self check in and check out. I thought that was very smart and the machines were very easy to use. ”Hot shower, comfy bed, a bit tired but clean. Cleaners need a cobweb room. Reception staff freindly. Rooms closest to main road are a bit noisy.”

”Stayed here a few times over the years. Service is good and rooms are comfortable. Quick walk for eating from KFC to top line dining. My preference is usually Wests Leagues for good value and proper drink prices. ”

”Booked a family room-- and ended up to a room that was far below the expectation (it was very dark, the carpet was not clean). However, after 1 night of being less-than-happy, complained about it and we were moved to a much better room that looked like the pics on the hotel site. At the end of the visit, the hotel even gave a small reimbursement-- so have to say that they made lemonade out of lemons. So thank you for the great service!”
