”If you’re staying at the villas or treehouses, just know they’re doing construction (as of Feb 2025), which can be annoying if you plan to stay at your villa between 8:30 AM and 4 PM. Don’t get me wrong this surroundings and areas beautiful and the service is mostly great. Will definitely come again to give it a second chance! ”

”This villa resort is in the luxury class of properties. It consists of six luxury villas which all have spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the islands of the British Virgin islands. These units sit on top of a mountain called Picture Point. The property is well maintained and each unit comes with all the amenities that you would need, including a washer and dryer. The infinity pool and hot tub are wonderful. If you want class and luxury this is the place to rent.”

”We absolutely adored our stay at the Peter Bay Gatehouse, Penthouse! It was one of the best places we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The location was simply stunning, with easy access to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches. The view from the penthouse was breathtaking, and we never wanted to leave because of its breathtaking beauty. We’re already looking forward to our next stay here in the future!”

”We loved this place. Quiet, away from crowds and tourists. Hosts were friendly. If you are expecting luxurious accomodations, this is not the place for you. But if you enjoy simple, rustic camping you will love this place! Yurt had real beds so no need to cart all your camping gear to St John's.”

”Great location to kick-back, away from the local tourist crowd. The nearby beach is beautiful, with easy access and not crowded. Bill and his wife are very nice, personable and responsive hosts. We stayed in the guest house. It has a very quaint, bohemian feeling. We loved it!”

”I stayed on the north side for half of my vacation and at this spot for the second half. You definitely need a vehicle to get there. The site is cozy with plenty of amenities but know that it's camping. Everything functioned as it should. The fan was a very handy in the tent at night. It gets warm down here. It rained a bit while there so know that tents are never 100% waterproof. That said, none of my things got wet. If you are a tent camper, you know the normal culprits for leaks and plan...

”The property is exactly as described. Well appointed, well maintained and very clean. The view of Coral Bay was beautiful day and night. With it being on the top floor, we had expected to have to haul all of our belongings up two flights of stairs. We were pleasantly surprised that parking is actually above the house and there is a walkway directly to the door. Only a small grade/decline to get to the condo. Would definitely stay again. ”

”This was an outdoorsy, rustic place, cozy for the 2 of us. It is surrounded by nature, which we loved!”

”This is a lovely cottage in a private spot on the quiet side of St. John. It is very well equipped and comfortable. You get a view of the pond and the bay, enjoy the breezes, and relax! Mary is a superb host. She has thought of everything to make your stay the very best. There are beach chairs, a tent, flippers for snorkeling, etc. etc. Books and games for indoor entertainment. One caution- make sure to rent a Jeep so you can get in the final road to the cottage. ”

”The place was very, very clean and the check in process was so easy. Mayling was amazing, she told us about the driveway and how steep it was, and she was CORRECT so please listen to her. The only issue we had was that another unit, took our beach chairs, which we didn't realize we had until they put them back in our area when they left. We rented beach chairs every where we went because we didn't realize Mayling provided them for us. Other than that, the place was amazing, we had 2 couples...

”Theresa was amazing! She met me at the market even when I was delayed. She was the best part. I knew the house was in Fish Bay but just a little farther than I would like to be from town. It was weird that the bedroom is basically in the kitchen with only curtains separating the two and no separation on the living room side. It served it purpose. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Worth it!”

”Our visit to this wonderful cottage overlooking Coral Bay, was perfect! The best views from the deck, hot tub, and the drive ”

”Tommy was great to work with. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Great for sunsets. Cottage worked great for us. Note that there is no view from the cottage. It’s tucked away. If you’re looking for a place with a view this is not it. Also note the Peter Bay beach is small (narrow). Great for sitting in chairs. Not great for swimming (too rocky). But this worked for us. Enjoyed our stay.”

”House was perfect, and view from the breakfast area and front bedroom is spectacular. What turned out to be important was easy to use driveway and parking. Also very easy access ro beaches, market, and cafes. Miller Realty very easy to work with. ”

”We loved our stay here near Coral Bay. The view was incredible and the space was perfect for the two of us. It was the most convenient that the owners provided Beach chairs, towels, a cooler, and floaties for us to use at the beaches each day. The home was clean and we enjoyed using the tv in the evenings after exploring all day. Highly recommend!”

We loved that the owners provided us with coolers, beach chairs, floats, and other necessities for the beach. We will definitely be back to this property!!”
