”Overall, it was a great stay. We stayed for New Year’s Eve, so knew it could be busy and loud…and it was. Was able to deal with the craziness at midnight as it was to be expected. The waterpark was great and we enjoyed our meals from the snack shack. The continental breakfast unfortunately missed the mark. Muffins were ice cold, long line for the one waffle maker, orange juice was very watery, and not a lot of a selection available. The only positives were the scrambled eggs and plentiful...

”A very nice property that has lots of amenities. I do wish our room had more storage. Only two hangers in the closet. Could have used hooks and bench by the door for hats and jackets. A dresser for clothes would have been nice, especially since there were such limited hangers in the closet. Also would’ve appreciated the option of having recycling available in our room.”

”Cabin was delightful, so cozy and cute, had everything you would need. We absolutely loved it. The mattresses are really uncomfortable but otherwise it was absolutely perfect!!! Very clean and great location. Loved it ”

”Cragun's is an old-fashioned family resort. This time we stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin. They have great customer service. Our original cabin had an issue, so they promptly moved us to a new, similar cabin, and the new cabin was perfect.”

”LOVED the cabin but it was a bummer our stove didnt work. We changed our plans (ordered pizzs)so we could eat but it was an inconvenience. A heads up ahead of time would have been nice so we knew to plan to not use the oven and stove. A discount for our inconvenience may have been a nice touch since we couldnt cook at all. Otherwise, we LOVE the resort and it was beautiful, quiet, and perfect for our family getaway. ”

”Very nice accommodations. The staff was impeccable and all deserved top wage. They went above and beyond for our family. Providing snacks and care when we had to stay extra because our family wasn't feeling well. The pool area was very nice and breakfast was great. My only complaints were that we beds were very uncomfortable and there are a musty ammonia smell in the corner of our room when I think wet towels had been left at one point previously. Overall I would definitely stay again just...

”The villa we stayed in was lovely and had the right amount of dishes and furniture. The villa could use a number on the door or garage to make it easier to find and get into. ”

”We had prepaid. When we arrived to the property we thought we had booked, there was no record of our reservation. The contact phone number on the reservation was not accurate, it was some guy's personal number in Los Angeles. For Hotels/Expedia Help, had to first go through AI Chat, then some unhelpful chat with a guy named "Christian" who disconnected me without my problem being resolved but did give me a "1-800" number to call. The call was awful, had to go through many unrelated menus...
