”First off...Mitch was an absolute top notch host! Very accommodating and a wealth of knowledge for us 1st time travelers to Siargao! The grounds were beautiful, well kept and relaxing finishes! There was a little construction going on next door but it didn't bother is much. The location is about 5 minutes tuk tuk ride to General Luna city center where you'll find LOTS of shops, restaurants, bars, wellness centers etc! Book your stay with Mitch at Casa Basa, enjoy Siargao by day and a relaxing...

”Absolutely beautiful location. The view ia amazing. Staff could not have been better. Food was good and reasonably priced (escpecially considering how remote). The boat ride there and back was a bit expensive (private boat is all that is available). The cottages are nice and clean but could use some maintenance.”

”What an Aamzing hotel ! 1) The owner shares the same faith as I do which is a huge thing for me . 2) the staff are so friendly and helpful . I left my keys 3x on the door handle and my room was never opened . If you get there , talk with the owner and learn the history of the hotel . You’ll truly know the meaning of perseverance , hardwork and dedication . Glad I stayed at this hotel. ”

”This accommodation was away from the chaos of General Luna. But not too far away if you wanted to venture in for food and drinks. For clarity, property has a gated private entrance and there is a front desk to check in, but the ad doesn't say so. Our room was spacious, clean and very cool as it had ac and a roof fan. There is also a private pool. During the evening the walk ways to the villas are well lit with a security guard on site. ”

”The staff and level of service was 5 star. I certainly appreciated the extra care and personalized attention which ran from the moment we arrived to the departure 5 days later. Undoubtedly the cozy setting, away from the busy tourist area makes this property a go-to for future visits.”
