”Friendly staff, nice room quiet with radiator with temperature control. all clean and tidy, great budget hotel option. Nice breakfast (I pre ordered my preferred veggie sausages, as they cook them to order and this takes a while) and they were ready in morning which meant I had a relaxed pleasant breakfast with no worries about time. ”

”Phone before booking and ask if pool was available for kid to have a swim told yes don't close until 10 to find out kids cant swim after 7 pm so wasnt happy but the girl jade behind desk was so nice and apologetic and gave us ticket for starbucks for next day drink also late check out so my boy can get a swim ........not like was the lifts were out and the girl behind counter at swimming had bad attitude ”

”Cheap, affordable no friils. Staff are always wonderful. Polite, courteous and on hand to help. Motorway noise through the night can be a distraction. Ear plugs are a must for light sleepers. Carpets in need of desperate clean. Minimal TV channels to watch. Beds have lots of spring and only a thin duvet so chillier in winter, especially as it can a while for air unit to heat the room. For what it is and offers it is very reasonably priced. Good amount of parking. Used by a lot of construction...

”This was my second time at the hotel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are excellent. If I was to make one complaint, it would be that doors into the rooms are very heavy and are extremely loud when the close. I was woken twice by neighbouring rooms returning. Breakfast is excellent and good service. ”

”Nice place for a short stay. Staff were great. My Sisters check in took along time, well past 3pm. Still not checked in by tea time. Only down side was no electrical power points nxt to bed. I had to run extension cables which could of caused an accident getting up in the middle of the night.”

”The twin room was budget but clean and comfortable. I had a late check-in and the hotel was excellent in the levels of communication. The hotel decor, fixtures and fittings are tired but everything is there and service amazing.”

”Location is in a middle of a council estate.. when I arrived there was a torn piece of paper stuck to the door saying ring Ahmed for check in. Which I did and he seemed a nice guy the door handles are cool electronic, for the main and room doors but the code for the room is excessively long and hard to remember so don’t leave your phone in the room when you go bathroom or you may be locked out, speaking of the bathroom it is very nice, instagram worthy but if you look carefully there’s lots of...
