”The property is well out dated. Needs some fixing up. They still us the key system. Do didn’t stay closed unless you locked the deadbolt. This place is more for people that need a place to stay long term. ”

”Great property located right on the lake. Very modern updates. NOTE: Third bedroom is not in the main building. Need a separate key to enter and return to main home for any after hours bathroom or snack runs. Would like to have known that before I booked this place with an elderly parent and young child. Paid for three bedrooms, could only use two. Overall nice, safe, well stocked place. ”

”The property was great and the host was very Accommodative to my additional requests. It was very quiet as well. I would stay there again. It was just me and my daughter so it is safe for a family stay. ”

”Cabin was very nice and matched the description of the property. The cabin was somewhat challenging to find as many of the streets in the area are missing street signs. Thank goodness for GPS!”

”My husband and I were looking for a great place to rest and relax from our busy lifestyle. This was perfect. Our favorite was setting out on the porch and watching the deer come right up to the porch and watch us as we watched them. It was quiet and peaceful. Just what we needed. ”

”The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though....

”Great spring break rental! We loved getting cozy near the fire place and listening to music on built- in speakers. The light setup outside was beautiful. Only down side was creek was too low and bank too steep to fish from the bank. Would have been nice if dock was complete to fish from. We were able to fish a from another creek about 5miles down the road.”

”I’ve always been a little hesitant about staying certain places but Paula’s place was perfect for me! She’s very helpful and her instructions for check in and check out are very clear. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! Definitely recommend staying here if you are ever visiting brownwood! ”
