”Staff are frendly but i got bed bug bite all over my body~!! And the place is not quite that place on the map. It is more southen place and it is so far from okavanggo delt gate. If you are ok to sleep with bed bug, i recommend the place”

”Aamupalaa ei ollut vaikka niin hotels.com lupasi. Eikä wifi toiminut huoneissa vaan lähellä respaa. Huoneet olivat tosi likaisia, lastemme sängystä löytyi sitä avattaessa mukava yllätys sänky täynnä roskaa. Torakoita ja matoja huoneissa.Emme todellakaan tiedä mikä on Botswanalaisen hotellin taso. Emme todellakaan suosittele paikkaa lapsiperheille. Tähän hotelliin en koskaan enään mene.”

”Refused to check me in, even though I'd prepaid. Asked me to pay again as they had problems receiving reimbursement from website. After lengthy discussion I was allowed to stay but they then said breakfast wasn't included - although my booking included this. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Kept me waiting in 37 degrees heat after a 5-hour drive there, and wouldn't let me sit down or have drink of water initially.”
