”We booked a 2 bedroom unit but were assigned a 3- bedroom ‘penthouse’in an elevator building, possibly because the desk clerk saw we were seniors who would prefer no stairs. Very modern, comfortable beds, 2 lovely pools and beach access.”

They didn't voluntarily give ANY information about resort and its services but one had to ask about everything, so we missed with some happenings & shuttle services etc! Also they declined to return internet payment even though the PC was broken! Resort area seemed to be bit untidy/unkept and it also was under some costruction work. Maybe as high season was just starting...”

”This was our second time in Bonaire and there was no doubt in my mind, we would stay Harbour Village. There are so many other places we will visit but when we want peace and quiet, this will be it. We came for a milestone birthday, the staff did everything for us, from arranging airport transportation and we say the friendliest face picking us up, Huntley. He was the same gentleman that greeted us last time and he remembered us. He said welcome home. We were greeted again by Sietze and Shainyn,...

”This property was very nice and located near many places to see and eat. It has a great beach next to the property. Pool was big and clean with plenty of areas to lay out and enjoy the weather. Only negatives involved the room with only 1 set of bathing towels and pool towels. You need to bring all your soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. It would be nice not to worry about these little things while on vacation. The property should be more upfront with what additional things you need to buy or...

I expected better based on reviews

"No help from hotel staff when needing a buddy for freediving. Overall staff experience was very bad. Cleaning was not done even on days when I was all morning away from hotek until 14. Shame, because place has potential. Swimming pool and rooms are nice on the new side. You can go swimming to the sea in front of hotel and do snorkeling a bit. City center and restaurants are quite far so better suited for guests with a car."
