”Extraordinary customer service . Management was accommodating and very friendly. Went out of their way to ensure your stay was enjoyable. Renovations of the dinning area are near completion. That will be a huge plus . ”

”Overall, the hotel/resort is very nice and serene. The beach front rooms provide a relaxing atmosphere. The current renovations make for a couple of hazardous areas, but surprisingly, no noise. There is only one restaurant on the premises - it has limited hours and is overpriced. The food was superb and the service excellent.”

”First off, the rooms at The Loren are large, beautifully appointed, and the bathrooms spacious and well lit. The ocean views from the 2nd floor rooms are as good as promised - we stayed in the main building and the waves crashing on the beach were literally 20 feet away. The main cocktail bar is a bit of a disappointment; it felt like it was an afterthought by the architect. It's tucked away in a corner on a floor below reception and above the restaurant. Sadly, it's not an inviting location to...

”Wonderful stay in Bermuda at Fourways! Clean room. Spacious. Amenities were good. Only small issue…TV system was not explained. Had to call desk on 2nd day to get instructions. Would have been nice to have instructions printed out and placed in room welcome materials. ”

”We had a lovely 5 night stay here in March. We were in room 1. It was so clean and quiet, cozy yet there was ample room! The apartment is very cool—there’s a fun little upstairs nook (up a spiral staircase) and the most place has everything we needed. There’s a grocery store, pharmacy, and liquor store within 5 minutes. We rented a scooter and parked it on the property without any issue. The host was very responsive but also super thorough so I didn’t really need to reach out to them for...
