”The property had a courtyard that made the whole hotel feel like a resort getaway. The bar was beautiful, the front desk was super helpful, and sitting next to the pool sipping a beer and playing cards was the perfect way to relax after walking all over Arequipa. We stayed in the upgraded private room and were impressed by the big private bathroom and king bed. Overall an excellent experience here!”

”The hotel itself is very nice and the atmosphere was great. We were able to have breakfast in the patio and Briham offered us excellent service. We got to our hotel in the very early hours of the morning and we were offered coffee and breakfast. Our rooms were not ready and were told that we would get a text when ready. We never received the message so we checked in the late afternoon. All in all, I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.”

”The staff was really helpful and nice! The room was nice, maybe a bit old. When it was raining, the water came in through the window (definitely don’t recommend keeping your luggage close to the window as everything will get wet, as ours did). The elevator was really loud, it could cleary be heard to the room. The breakfast was really nice! You can pick something from the menu every morning.”

”It's just inside the City Center but far from places tourists would want to visit, so definitely budget extra time to get to attractions. No shopping or other dining options around the property. Isolated place. Just a tiny coffee shop next to the Clinic. Okay if you are on a business trip but not otherwise. What I liked was the helpfulness of the front desk staff, including Amador and Jean Carlos and Max. Not so great - I asked for a 2:15 am wakeup call for my Colca Canyon Tour and got a 1:15...
